Processing Time
All original artworks are prepared for shipment within 3–5 business days.
Each painting is carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery.
Shipping Options
Paintings up to 50*70cm / 19/27 inch are shipped as ready to hang, while bigger paintings can be shipped in 2 ways.

Shipping Recommendation
For larger paintings, I always recommend choosing rolled shipping (in a protective tube).
This method significantly reduces the risk of damage during transit and is also more cost-effective compared to ready-to-hang shipping. Once delivered, the artwork can be easily stretched or framed locally, often at a much lower cost than international shipping of a ready-to-hang piece. Many clients choose this option for both safety and flexibility.
Taxes & Import Duties
For orders shipped outside the EU, your package may be subject to customs clearance and import charges depending on local regulations.
For example, in the USA, original artwork is often duty-free, but your order may still be subject to state sales tax or local import fees, depending on your state and the shipping carrier.
We recommend checking with your local customs office for the most accurate information before placing your order.
Packaging & Insurance
All artworks are:
- professionally packed
- protected with multiple layers of materials
- shipped with tracking
- insured against loss or damage
If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and artwork so I can start an insurance claim and send a replacement or refund.
Return Policy
I want you to feel completely happy with your artwork.
That’s why I offer a 30-day return policy from the day you receive your order.
- The artwork must be in the same condition as when you received it.
- You may use different packaging for the return, but it must protect the artwork properly.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- I highly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service.
When I receive the artwork and confirm that it is in good condition, I will issue a refund via the same payment method used at checkout.

PayPal Buyer Protection
If you choose to pay with PayPal, your purchase is automatically covered by PayPal Buyer Protection.
