Processing Time
All original artworks are prepared for shipment within 3–5 business days.
Each painting is carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery.
Shipping Options
You can choose between the following at checkout:
- Ready-to-hang (stretched on wooden frame)
- Rolled canvas (sent in a protective tube)
Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen format.
Packaging & Insurance
All artworks are:
- professionally packed
- protected with multiple layers of materials
- shipped with tracking
- insured against loss or damage
If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and artwork so I can start an insurance claim and send a replacement or refund.
Return Policy
I want you to feel completely happy with your artwork.
That’s why I offer a 14-day return policy from the day you receive your order.
To qualify for a return:
- The artwork must be in the same condition as when you received it.
- You may use different packaging for the return, but it must protect the artwork properly.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- I highly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service.
When I receive the artwork and confirm that it is in good condition, I will issue a refund via the same payment method used at checkout.

PayPal Buyer Protection
If you choose to pay with PayPal, your purchase is automatically covered by PayPal Buyer Protection.
This means:
- If your artwork never arrives
- Or arrives damaged
- Or is significantly different from the description
You can file a claim through PayPal and receive a full refund.
This is an extra security layer designed to give you complete confidence when buying original art online.
