Delivery Information

All original artworks are prepared for shipment within 3–5 business days. Each painting is carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery.

Shipping Options

Paintings up to 50×70 cm (19×27 in) are shipped ready to hang. Larger paintings can be shipped in two ways.

For larger paintings, I always recommend rolled shipping — it significantly reduces the risk of damage during transit and is more cost-effective. Once delivered, the artwork can be easily stretched or framed locally, often at a much lower cost than international shipping of a ready-to-hang piece.

Taxes & Import Duties

For orders shipped outside the EU, your package may be subject to customs clearance and import charges depending on local regulations.

In the USA, original artwork is often duty-free, but your order may still be subject to state sales tax or local import fees depending on your state and shipping carrier.

Please note that any applicable customs fees, import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for the most accurate information before placing your order.

Every original artwork ships with a Certificate of Authenticity. In many countries, original works of art are subject to a reduced import tax rate — having this certificate makes it easier for customs to classify your painting correctly and may lower the duties you pay.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and artwork so I can start an insurance claim and send a replacement or refund.

Return Policy

I want you to feel completely happy with your artwork. That’s why I offer a 30-day return policy from the day you receive your order.

  • The artwork must be in the same condition as when you received it
  • You may use different packaging for the return, but it must protect the artwork properly
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • I highly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service

When I receive the artwork and confirm it is in good condition, I will issue a refund via the same payment method used at checkout.

PayPal Buyer Protection

If you choose to pay with PayPal, your purchase is automatically covered by PayPal Buyer Protection. This means you’re covered if:

  • Your artwork never arrives
  • It arrives damaged
  • It is significantly different from the description
You can file a claim through PayPal and receive a full refund — an extra security layer designed to give you complete confidence when buying original art online.
