Each original painting is a unique, handmade artwork created by Inga Zart. Due to differences in screen settings, colours may vary slightly from what you see on your device.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are shown in EUR unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed securely through trusted payment providers, including PayPal and Stripe. I never store your payment details.

Shipping

Shipping methods, delivery times and shipping costs are described on the Shipping & Returns page. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on customs procedures and shipping carriers.

Customs & Import Duties

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Please refer to the Shipping & Returns page for complete return instructions and conditions.

All artworks, photographs, texts and content on this website are protected by copyright.

The purchase of an artwork does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights. No artwork, image or content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, published or used commercially without prior written permission.

Liability

I am not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities, shipping carriers or circumstances beyond my reasonable control.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Swedish courts.
